  • Pets : We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We have a $300 non-refundable fee for cats and dogs and a 40 pound weight limit. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita , American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
Pet Policies:
At Village in the Woods Apartments pets are welcome.

Dog:
  • Up to 2 are permitted.
  • Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. 45.
